Job Overview
GoldOller is in pursuit of a detail oriented, cleaning enthusiast to join our team as a grounds technician. In this groundskeeper position you add to the overall success of the company by ensuring that the grounds of the property are in pristine condition for our current residents and as a first impression to any future ones. The GoldOller Groundskeeper is responsible for overseeing all work associated with the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and grounds.
This position has the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions! Also, it pays to stay - receive a 50% discount on rent; you'll never find a better commute!
On any given day you may do one or all of the following:
Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community.
Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly.

These are the requirements for this position:
Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor.
Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying.
Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile.
Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
Ability to work weekends.
Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.
