We are looking for a Groundskeeper that will be responsible for ensuring our business center is clean, safe and welcoming. Our Groundskeeper must have extensive knowledge of landscaping, gardening and the proper use of all outdoor equipment. The perfect candidate will be able to maintain the landscape to match our company image in addition to performing minor repairs on docks and fences.

Responsibilities:
Maintain the grounds around the building.
Maintain a litter-free workplace and neighborhood.
Keep the parking areas neat and orderly.
Keep parkways, roads, and recreational trails in good shape.
Treat area sewage ponds and facilities to prevent pollution to nearby streams and wetlands.
Maintain exhibit gardens.
Ensure that equipment is functioning properly.
Maintain the plants, trees, and other vegetation around the building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
