Responsibilities and Skills:
Hard working & Energetic
Ability to work as an individual but also a team player
Assist with preventative maintenance
Maintain Grounds
Trash Pickup
Curb Appeal
Paint interior/exterior walls
Clean pool, pool furniture, and surrounding areas
Assist in trashing out vacant units as needed
Minor Repairs as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
Must hold valid driver's license with good record, seeing as this position will float between two properties.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 25 - 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb, and crouch
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of potential weather conditions
