Job Overview
1. Cleans litter from around buildings, property, and parking lots. Collects and removes leaves and refuse from property.
2. Weeds and thins plant beds. Prunes trees and trims hedges.
3. Connect sprinkling systems, waters lawns and plant beds.
4. Repairs outdoor finishings.
5. Shovels snow and spreads sand and salt as required during winter season.
6. Works with snow removal crew
7. Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School, GED, and/or vocational training preferred
Two years grounds keeping at major business or facility
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Utilizes appropriate communication and displays compassion in exceeding customer
expectations.
Applies principles of teamwork and quality to job responsibilities, and customer
satisfactory goals.
Demonstrate integrity and responsibilities related to hospital operations, safety and education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
