Under the direction of the Manager of Video Monitoring, the Video Specialist is responsible for working in a collaborative and efficient environment by supporting the needs of the Video Monitoring Team. You will work with a dedicated video monitoring team focused on providing excellent service on each alarm. You will also ensure strict adherence to procedures and become a subject matter expert in processing alarms. This person will work onsite to ensure strong network and team connectivity for successfully processing video alarms.

What You'll Do:
Respond promptly and urgently to Video alarms to ensure the mission of AG is top priority
Keep the AG culture alive with positive encouragement and setting a good example
Actively answer video chats
Quickly assist with high priority alarm drops
Analyze and report problematic video accounts to supervisor and support team
Support team members in their transition period
Participate in educational training as offered
Help support team members as needed
Assist in maintaining dealer satisfaction by
Responding to alarm activity based on the procedures listed
Ensuring dealer service level agreements are being met
Skills We're Looking For:
Maintain a consistent and predictable schedule and work 20+ hrs/week on site
Experience taking alarm calls
Must work holidays and weekends as scheduled
