The primary requirement for this role is to support the various StubHub departments with value-added reporting support and initiatives, and empowering data driven decision making. Duties will include management of the current portfolio of reporting, sizing new requests, data validation, business intellect forum management and participation in process efficiency improvement projects. Additionally, the Senior Reporting Analyst will bring structured query experience as well as past analytical experience and/or education. Mentoring and partnering is a key responsibility as well as providing overall business segment support leadership as well as accountability. The role is also expected to think tactically and strategically, seizing opportunities to improve reporting; assist in strengthening the position of the business through a robust suite of metrics. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide global business reporting based on Operational business requirements as key inputs Develop reporting from a variety of data sources including Excel, MS SQL, XML, Google Cloud Develop dashboards and trend reports that keep track of utilization volume, cost, and quality performance. Identify and analyze trends with root cause analysis while providing solutions. Involve in development for highly complicate reports, scorecards and dashboards for a specific business needs and performance improvement Data mining and problem solving Create a combination of reports, dashboards, and data points including charting and graphing to illustrate business performance and program performance to identify areas of focus and improvement In depth research and data analysis to communicate business performance in a clear, digestible and insightful way to facilitate timely and informed decision making Drive strategic direction of programs based on data points and insights providing global business & analytics thought leadership Track key performance metrics and provide analysis to explain variance vs. budget/forecast/historical trends Conduct testing scenarios that will drive business performance and provide strategic direction Clearly document logic and assumptions used in report generation Promote a self-serve analytics culture for the organization by educating partners on key reports, data, dashboards, and interpretation best practices. Enforcing data "certification" practices to help the organization move to a single "truth" for data, reporting, and analytics Maintenance of data integrity REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS Degree in Statistics/Mathematics or quantitative field required (or experience equivalent), PhD/MS degree definite advantage 5+ years of experience in contact center reporting or analytics 3-5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst 3-5 years working in an AGILE environment Advanced SQL skills are a must Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are also required JavaScript, Power BI, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and Tableau experience preferred Familiarity with R, SAS, or other data accessing/manipulation/computational tools Familiarity with Amazon connect, Calabrio / Teleopti WFM, and Twilio databases preferred Characteristics: Proven leadership experience solving business problems using analytics and/or data strategy for senior leaders in variety of business situations to drive product performance Experience researching complex issues, analyzing data and providing appropriate recommendations based on facts presented.
