What we have to offer
•After training: $19.15/ hour to $23.00/hour based on skill set
•Training rate: $18.50/ hour

•Start time: 6:00 AM or 6:20 AM, Monday- Friday;
•After training start times: 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM
•Frequent overtime available;

Responsibilities:
• Cut, skin, trim and prepare various cuts of pork
• Portion meat to Company specifications to control waste
• Utilize knives for trimming and portioning with ease and control
• Remove organs and other parts from hogs
• Cut hogs into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
• Remove bones from meat
