Entry Level Will Train Weekly Pay

Job Details for General Laborers:

• Schedule: 1st shift: will start between 5am to 8am: must be flexible and work a minimum of 8 hours a day M-F (PREFERABLY 8am Start time) Shifts end when work is completed for that day. Could just be an 8 hour shift could be a 12 hour shift.
• Pay Rate: $17/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for General Laborers:

• Will be working on concrete forms that are being assembled, using hand tools
• Will be setting up the forms: putting rebar in place
• Will be tearing down forms at the end
• Will be resetting forms for the next product
• Will be removing the product from the forms
• Physical role that requires bending/stooping/kneeling & lifting up to 50plbs

Yard:

• will be taking concrete panels out in the yard where they are housed
• Finishing: will be sand blasting & patching imperfections on the concrete
• Will be trained how to use an overhead crane, eventually to move product

Job Requirements for General Laborers:

• Read a tape measure
• Use small hand tools, (Hammer, screwdrivers etc.)
• Ability to move around easily, bending, walking, standing, steps, on knees for periods of time possibly (it's an active job)
• Must be able to work min of 8 hours per day Monday thru Friday
