Job Responsibilities: General cleaning across plant environment, both inside and outside areas. Assist in grain grading efforts, unloading of bean trucks, and general elevator cleaning and operation. Insure products are Food Safe and produced according to Quality Standards. Report any Food Safety issues to immediate supervisor. Inspect machinery before use. Report any issues with machinery prior to or while running to immediate supervisor. Insure that all products are labeled correctly and Lot codes are on each product and ingredient. Must be able to assemble and disassemble machinery. Must follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when cleaning and or scraping the Follow the supervisors instructions on what products they are running and the containers needed for that particular run. Able to work weekends, shift hours or overtime as needed during harvest and bin cleaning efforts.
