Browning Chapman, a rapidly growing specialty contractor with operations in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Ft. Myers and Dallas, is looking for general laborers to work in commercial, industrial and institutional environments in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

While not required, applicants with construction restoration experience are preferred. Applicants should be punctual, reliable, hard-working individuals who have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and can pass a standard drug screen. Laborer Responsibilities:

Demo concrete with jack hammers
Patch concrete with different modified mortars & cements
Operate multiple tools including basic concrete finishing tools, hand tools (i.e., hammer, screw drivers, wrenches, etc.)
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at the job site
Work on lifts, scaffold or swing stage with proper safety restraints

Laborer Qualifications & Skills:

Must have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a standard drug screen
Must be a good listener and follow instruction
Must have the ability to work flexible hours (i.e., nights, weekends, overtime) as needed
Must have basic hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
