We re hiring a General Laborer Field Equipment Operator to join our crew. We are willing to train! In this role you will be a great multi-tasker while assisting in all aspects of the operation including but not limited to installing fittings, grade/crumb dig ins, and string and thread pipe in agricultural fields.

What you will be doing:

• String and thread pipe, install fittings, grade/crumb dig ins on agricultural drainage systems.
• Backfill drainage trenches with dozer.
• Any other duties while assisting the team.

This role is for you if you have:

• Prior mechanical and labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment and/or running a shovel is preferred but not required. We will train.
• Outstanding multi-task skills.
• Ability to be hands on with a team first mindset.
• A valid driver s license.
