Position: General Laborer
Where: Long Beach, CA
Hours: Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays, Day Shift & Night Shifts
Pay: $19.00/hour plus overtime. Full Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP)
Job Description
Performs storm drain and sewer maintenance work, including vacuuming waste and/or materials (solids, sludge and liquids) and jetting sewers; assisting in lining operations; assisting with traffic control and other miscellaneous duties
Sets up and breaks down vacuum piping, hoses and hydro-hose runs; sets up traffic control;
Directly responsible for assisting in the establishment and implementation of safety practices on a "per job" basis.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Working as a team member performing duties as assigned.
Position is designated primarily for the Long Beach, CA area, however travel will be required based on company needs.
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Will have to join union after 60 days employment
