Orangemen Development and Construction Corp. is a local General contractor delivering complete turnkey buildouts looking for a General construction Laborer - Installer. Orangemen has been established since 1992 and are experts for interior buildouts of Commerical buildings, concrete pour backs.

Job Description
We are hiring immediately for the position of General Laborer - Installer which consists of traveling to commercial building to install backing, hang doors, make sure our worksite environment is clean and safe for all trades, troubleshoot problems with the work assigned, and clean up the job after completion. Those with previous experience in construction, general labor, and landscaping would be a good fit for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
Works from drawings and other written and verbal instructions to determine job specifications including materials required, layout and dimensions of project.
Have the ability to pour and finish concrete.
You'll be traveling around the area and working in our customer's Commerical buildings.
Working on a high-performance team serving customers in our local area.
installing doors, backing, our trim package ect.. under the supervision of trained professionals.
Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to win for you, your team and the organization.
Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely.
Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Loads and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site.
Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.
Performs set up and clean up tasks at the work site.
Digs and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary.
Lifts heavy objects.
Ability to measure using a tape measure.
Walks and stand for long periods of time.
Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions.
Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone and in person
Must use own hand tools.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Must comply with ODCC Conduct and Appearance Standards, which reflect Company image. Must pass drug screen and criminal background check. Must have valid driver's license.
