Grader: Place packaged eggs into properly labeled boxes, check for quality, classify egg grades, and work the candling booth. Management may assign other duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (non-exclusive list) Able to lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion. Capable of standing, bending, turning, and/or walking for 8-12 hours per day. Flexible schedule and availability to work past end of scheduled shift, weekdays and weekends if needed. Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours. Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must possess the ability to work in an agricultural environment, indoors, outdoors, office, warehouse, processing, and farm production areas each varying in temperature, and other environment specific atmospheres.
