Entry Level Call Center Representative

_ Salary: $20/hr _
_ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time, with possibility of earlier shift. _
A large client of ours, a global financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization and is fully remote. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University and any customer service experience is a plus. If you have previous call center experience the degree requirement can be waived.
Bilingual Spanish speakers highly encouraged
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from clients about their loan status
Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence

Bachelors Degree from accredited 4-year university (required unless previous call center experience).
