As a virtual-first company, there is no requirement on where we get our work done. You are able to live anywhere in the United States. We have offices in Utah if you prefer hybrid work.

Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain the full stack systems that make up our platform
Work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build products leveraging frameworks such as React.js
Regularly participate in code reviews and other team functions
Provide technical leadership and assist in guiding the team's overall technical direction
Offer mentorship and pair with other engineers regularly
Ensure our core Badge, Concierge, and Dashboard systems are highly scalable products

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development
Core contributor on multiple large production applications using Node JS and React
Expert knowledge of CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS and Bootstrap
Familiar with using AWS/S3/EC2/Lambdas to host your projects
Working knowledge of Figma
Previous experience working in a start-up environment
Technologies we use include: AWS/Lambdas/EC2, Node, Auth0, Datadog, Postgres, Snowflake
Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus
