Job Overview

Do you want to be a high-energy star at one of the best staffing companies, putting people to work as a Staffing Specialist?

You will be responsible for providing support to the Branch Manager by assisting with daily operations for a location. This position advocates for the customer and associate experience. It also works on the process of generating sales, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, and overseeing their accounts with service excellence. This position assists new associates with the employment process and assesses candidate strengths and skills to facilitate a great match for the assignment.

Here's the work you get to do:

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
