All positions are responsible for providing friendly and responsive service to guests, while also ensuring our commitment to a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Guest Service Rep/Front Desk greet guests, assists them with check-ins and check-outs, registers and assigns rooms, issues room keys/cards, transmits and receives messages, keeps records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, makes and confirms reservations, presents statement to and collects payments from departing guests. May be required to do laundry and prep housekeeping carts.
Housekeepers perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks including, but not limited to deep cleaning when a guest checks out as well as cleaning rooms while guests continue to stay on an extended basis. Other duties as assigned.
Custodian/Maintenance staff cleans the lobby and public restroom; washes and folds laundry; assists other staff in preparing checkouts to be guest-ready; responsible for maintenance of facilities and grounds. Responds to any/all emergency situations (police, fire, emergency responder, weather, building -electrical outage, water line breaks, etc.) in a timely manner.
