Starting pay of $23 per hour for entry level, rookies, or those with no experience.
Starting pay of $26 or more per hour for someone with experience.

Monday - Friday, no weekends; may work up to 10 hours overtime per week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Read a tape measure.
Perform framing and rough carpentry work.
Work with others.
Be observant and work safely.
Communicate with the foreman and team members on progress or general information about the job site.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Previous framing/rough carpentry experience helpful, however, we will train someone who is reliable, has an excellent work ethic, and enjoys physical labor.
18 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from worksites in the Treasure Valley, Idaho (Caldwell, Boise, Nampa, Marsing and Payette) area.
Are physically able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (windy, wet, damp, humid, hot, cold, snowy, etc.) and lift/carry/push/pull up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis.
Positive attitude and are a team player.
You are reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy working outdoors doing physical work.
Able to listen and take direction from supervisors.
Must have tool bags and standard carpentry tools (hammer, square, tape measure, utility knife, chalking, cat's paw) if hired for this position.
