Job Summary

Provides excellent customer service to our Café guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Cleans Cafe area continually.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining room and surrounding area before and after business hours.
• Clears tables quickly and quietly and takes dishes and glassware to dish room.
• Resets tables.
• Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded.
• Follows directions of Café Supervisor for setting up room(s); moving and setting up tables and chairs, assisting servers, breaking down rooms, and cleaning areas.
• Delivers food to tables.
• Takes and processes drink orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
