Salary - $17 - $18 an hour Job Type - Full-time and Part-time Experience: Floor Tech, 2 years (Required) Full Job Description Floor Technicians duties include but are not limited to: mopping, stripping, waxing, sweeping and vacuuming. You must be able to operate various cleaning machines including a floor buffer and scrubber. You will be working with cleaning chemicals and supplies and will perform basic janitorial tasks including removing trash and you may clean the exterior of the building. Must have experience with cleaning machines including a hard surface buffer and scrubber as well as vacuum cleaners. Successful candidates will be punctual and have attention to detail. You must be able to stand, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs., and use repeating cleaning motions. You will be required to pass a background check and e-verify. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Compensation is $17.00 to $18.00/hr., or higher depending on your experience. Also COMPANY PAID Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays, 401k available. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available 3rd Shift.
