Expected Work
A field technician is responsible to safety deliver and properly install machines and modules of all sizes. They must be able to understand the dynamics of a machine and the environment it is being installed in. It is essential that these modules are installed in the proper way and leveled correctly with the manufacture deemed tolerances. Expect to work with hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery while on the job. Proper safety equipment and PPE is required at all times on all jobsites.
Travel Time
Jobsites are located across the entire United States and even internationally. A job might be a few days (including travel time), or it could last several weeks. The field technician must be able to travel for work 100% of the time.
Job Performance
On-Site work should be of the highest quality. Special care must be given to the expensive modules that are being moved and/or installed. Work must be done efficiently, on-time, safely and without shortcuts.
Work Environment
Due to the nature of our business, our work may occur at odd hours. One job may be during the day and the next may be after hours, into the early morning. Additionally, some job sites may be outside and others indoors-or both-and therefore a field technician must be able to deal with inclement weather and/or extreme temperatures. Attention must be paid to surroundings, the safety of all staff in the work area and the security of all equipment and assets.
