NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a Field Service Technician to be the dedicated service employee working on-site with one specific customer. This person will work with the customer in a project manager role, as well as provide installation, start-up, troubleshooting, training and maintenance support for our equipment on-site at the customer's location. This is a highly technical position that must be able to effectively communicate with customers in person, and via phone and email.

For this role, previous experience working in a mechanical, hands-on position is preferred. Prior project management experience is also a plus. Demonstrated mechanical ability or technical training will be considered in lieu of formal work experience. Current driver's license and passport (or the ability to obtain one) is required. • This position will be based out of our customer's site near Youngstown, OH and candidates must be commutable to this location.
• The ability to travel approximately 30% mostly to the Exton, PA facility, and the ability to spend several weeks (with trips home), upon hire, training at the Exton, PA facility.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly desirable.
• The ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics and the ability to demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude
• The ability to use mechanical hand tools and electrical trouble shooting tools
