We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our North American team to work on AMCS best-in-class V-Tech solutions. You need a minimum of 1-3 years experience in a Field Service or Engineering role to be considered for this role.

Your Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and support of the devices and systems that make up the AMCS onboard vehicle solution with the Vehicle Technology team.
Be the point of contact for all interaction with-in cab software design in terms of new product testing and taking new products to production.
Review, manage and work through system data to ensure continuous improvement is carried out and feedback give to development team.
Work on customer data from our ERP system and proactively liaise with customers to ensure early detection of issues.
Work as an escalation path on technical issues that cannot be resolved by front line Customer Support.
Provide T3 level support for all issues associated with the deployment of the Vehicle Technology products.

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a Field Service or Engineering role.
Must be computer literate, and able to demonstrate a hands-on approach to mechanical engineering.
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills, resourceful approach to challenges.
Hold valid Driver's License.
