Location: Based in North Dakota;

Rotation: 14 days on duty x 14 days off duty

Purpose: Provides engineering support to meet the objectives of the Company and Clients' stimulation treatments according to design

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizes engineering degree to provide design services to meet customer needs.
• Works with field supervisors to execute job successfully according to job design and client specifications
• Works with field supervisors to ensure that all phases of the well treatment are carried out in a safe, efficient, and professional manager
• Recommends design changes or new technologies as needed or as requested by client or consultant
• Monitors and analyzes service quality results and assists with corrective actions when necessary
• Actively participates in failure analyses and follow-up with company management and client to ensure non-recurrence and client satisfaction
• Attend pre-job meetings with clients to determine job objectives.
• Attend post-job meetings with clients to review job performance.
• Assist with field ticket preparation and signature process
• Track key performance indicators and develop and deliver appropriate reporting to management and clients
• Liaise with Lab to ensure quality chemicals that meet client and Company specifications are utilized
• Audit various treatments and procedures on location to ensure Company quality and safety standards are achieved.
• Develop client contacts and promote Company products and services.
• Provide clients with technical expertise to support Company business segments.
• Participate in safety reviews & job risk analyses and promote Company safety policies
• Assist Sales organization in generating bids for clients.
• Perform special projects as assigned by location management.
• Develops and maintains operational and technical proficiency in business service line and stays abreast of new technologies and developments in the field
• Implement and comply with all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Comply with all government, industry and company regulations and standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, as well as, reduce environmental impact
