Job Overview
We are looking for a full time mechanic to work in our seven production plants and two laundromats. We have a great maintenance team and are looking for someone to join them. Work includes but not limited to: troubleshooting, diagnosing, inspecting, testing, preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on all equipment throughout the company while maintaining safety at all times.
Responsibilities:
Complete repairs and testing assigned to you and update work orders.
Update maintenance manager as needed and with parts needed/used.
Work with plant managers and operators to get information to help troubleshoot equipment.
Maintain work area and work van to be clean and safe.
Perform lubrication on equipment as needed and directed.
Skills we are looking for:
Knowledge of pressing machines, dry cleaning machines and/or laundry equipment preferred. On the job training will be given if you are from another industry with general knowledge of industrial equipment.
Electrical knowledge and experience preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Communication and sharing information to ensure safe working conditions. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Ability to follow directions and work well with our team.
Needed:
Must possess a valid driver's license with safe 3 year driving experience.
Able to work Monday through Friday and weekends when needed.
Able to lift, push, pull or move 65 pounds or more.
