• Training, scheduling and oversee activities of farm workers.
• Conduct seeding, spraying, harvesting, grading and storage operations of Blueberry, Duke Berry and Draper blueberry.
• Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed.
• Maintaining production records.
• Performing general farm duties as required.
