Duties:

Provides daily set-up and break down of rooms, maintenance and cleaning of the building and grounds at the Youth & Civic Center. Provides customer service to rental patrons throughout their use of the building. Supervision of work-release inmates and community service workers to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks. This is a physically demanding position with significant contact with the public.

Must work rotating shifts so the building is covered from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. on regular workdays and weekends and twenty four hours per day on event or show days. Must work holidays on a rotating basis.

Qualifications
Valid Driver's License required. Fork Lift Operator certification preferred.
Prior commercial cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
High School diploma or GED required.
