Job Overview
The Arc of Spokane, a successful non-profit agency supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform basic building/facility custodial/maintenance duties: Including light security, cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, repairs, snow removal, small engine maintenance, seasonal projects, landscaping, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be minimum age 18
Must have a HS diploma/GED
Must be able to pass all required background checks
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Must be able to work in extreme outdoor temperatures as needed
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance and a clean driving record/ability to be insured for driving agency vehicle
Preferred Requirements:
Two-year's experience preferred but not required if you are a self-starter
Take pride in your work, and have an affinity for our mission
Compensation: $18.75 - $21.56 per hour, DOE. Benefits available for position 30+ hours/week, including medical, dental, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid leave time.
Full-time position, Monday - Friday. Swing Shift, generally 12:30pm to 9pm. Can be flexible with scheduling on this shift.
Position is open until filled.
