We are looking for someone to work on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am) to perform equipment installations, repairs, equipment maintenance, and REES and Johnson Controls systems support for Regeneron owned & managed equipment. Responsible for critical equipment support within the specialty labs, PMPD, and BAS areas. Works with outside contractors and/or Landlord provided personnel. Provides equipment support services for on-site and off-site company events. Provides support and services to the manufacturing and process and development group, as well as 24/7 rotating on-call services for all specialty labs.

A typical day might include:

• Performs service & maintenance on Regeneron owned and serviced lab and specialty equipment.

• Performs daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly equipment inspections.

• Perform equipment troubleshooting, service, calibration, maintenance, inventory, update equipment lists on Facilities server/s, and maintaining current status and locations of Autoclaves/ Sterilizers, Rack Washers, Tunnel Washers and Glass Washers, Incubators, Dryers, Ovens, Bedding handling systems, BSC Hoods, Centrifuges, Film Developers/ Dark Rooms, Ovens, Milli-Qs, LN2 Freezers/ Cryo Freezers, and Rees Monitoring System.

• Updates the Cryo Freezers and Incubators Emergency contact lists.

• Responds to REES Alarms 24/7, addresses REES Monitoring issues, service and maintain the REES system.

• Work with REES personnel when required and provide temporary coverage for staff vacations and PTO days.

• Order parts and keep records of all parts ordered and installed.

• Perform preventative maintenance including filter cleaning and replacement, fan motor service, replacement of worn or broken parts etc.

• Performs facilities work requests using computerized IWMS and documents work product.

• Assists in general facilities tasks, office and lab renovations.

• Provides specialized and/or general support when required to other departments.

• Operate company vehicles.

• Maintain customer service standards.

• Maintains and operates Facilities requests for all end-users as needed.

• Available 24/7 for assistance and emergency response.

• Replenishes specialty gases on a regular basis.

Ideally the right candidate would be a vocational or technical school graduate.
