Description:

We are looking for a facilities maintenance extraordinaire to fill a Facilities Coordinator role to help steer the department into stardom. The fryers always go down on Friday, parts are tied up in supply chain hell and there's always that one faucet at that one location that always gets broken. But you know this - you also know that every day is different, adapting to change must come easy, and the challenge of managing multiple priorities simultaneously is exciting.

Beyond departmental assignments, you also need to effectively collaborate with multiple layers of management, vendors, suppliers, and owners. This position reports directly to our Director of Facilities & Construction who has tenured 16 years with Pluckers, growing our concept from 3 locations to 30 locations. She loves teaching and is excited to share her love of the industry with another eager beaver.

We will teach you basics about our restaurant operations and techniques to prioritizing tasks and putting out fires. By showing off your impeccable self-motivation, attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills, you'll help put Pluckers on the map as the standard for managing restaurant facilities.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Ensure that Pluckers Wing Bar continues to build and sustain strong relationships with the best service providers in the industry.

Complete onboarding process for new service providers
Maintain accurate files for all service providers

COMPLIANCE: Ensure that our restaurants are always compliant with local laws and regulations including required permits and postings

Order and replace signs as needed for TABC
Order and replace signs as needed for Departmental Postings
Update, Order and Replace SDS Binder as needed
Monitor all permits to ensure compliance, assist AP with renewals
Manage database of login and password credentials for facilities managed programs

BUILDING COMPONENTS AND EQUIPMENT: Ensure that all building components and equipment are in good working condition with routine reporting and analytics

Prepare asset aging reports to present proactive asset replacement recommendations
Prepare quarterly vendor meeting packets

PARTS PROCUREMENT: Ensure that requests for part replenishments are ordered timely with cost effective solutions for procurement and delivery

Purchase new equipment for all locations and oversee equipment change out
Purchase furniture, fixtures, and miscellaneous parts for all locations

CORRIGO ADMIN: Ensure that database reflects latest updates for provider profiles, SLA agreements, rate cards, etc.

Update vendor rates, COI's, SLA agreements, warranties, etc. for all locations + providers
Update PMRM Schedules as needed
Manage asset tracking program; retire and replace equipment through Corrigo

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT: Ensure that tasks associated with opening a new restaurant location are handled timely and executed without error

Set-Up food & beverage accounts
Coordinate purchase, delivery and installation of various equipment and supplies
Activate new restaurant in Corrigo and activate all PMRM schedules

This role will be based in the office responsible for database management, parts procurement, preparing and analyzing reports in Corrigo, onboarding quality service providers and limited construction administrative support.

Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma
Preferred Associates Degree or at least 2 years of experience in administrative support
Knowledge of restaurant operations a plus
Working knowledge of Corrigo or other CMMS a plus
Superior ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands and to-do's simultaneously
Impeccable self-motivation, attention to detail, time-management and organization skills
Effectively collaborate and communicate with a sense of urgency
Consistent, positive attitude and respect for high quality standards
Contribute to a culture of rapid turnaround and extremely high attentiveness
Strong desire to learn and welcoming of constructive criticism
Exception communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to work in-office daily in Austin, TX
