Must Haves:

• 3+ years' experience working in Healthcare Facility design and operations
• At least 2+ years' experience as an Architect (Preferably from an Architectural Firm, background in Commercial Office/Academic)
• Proven experience working in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture, Revit & MS Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Plusses:

• Healthcare design experience
• Knowledge of Archibus or similar CAFM facilities management software
• Knowledge of building codes of NYS, FGI & ADA

Day to Day:

Insight Global Health is looking for a Healthcare Facilities Planner/Architect for one of our largest Healthcare clients. This person will assist with creating functional space programs and design layouts for renovation projects. This will include developing customized reports and presentations for internal leadership and external consultants and agencies, perform on-site surveys to document and develop base-line information for planning studies, etc. He/She will coordinate and organization campus wide project drawings including regulatory life safety, building use, etc. Through this they will partner with project managers, security, IT personnel and consultants.
