MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE - Electrostatic painting
Starting pay $23.00 - based on experience - $2/hr shift differential - attendance bonuses
2nd shift 4:30pm - 3:00am
PURPOSE OF POSITION
To prepare and paint equipment utilizing electrostatic paint process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Place items or products on feed racks, spindles, or reel stands to coat, paint or spray using hands, hoists or truck lifts.
Clean parts and weldments using water, solvents, and other cleaning aids.
Prepare parts and weldments for paint booth using sanding tools, caulk, masking tape.
Operate paint booth spray equipment and oven.
Determine paint flow, viscosity and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
Manual spray parts & weldments with primer and top coat paints.
Start and stop the operation of machines using levers or buttons.
Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings or paints.
Record paint film thickness.
EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE - COMPUTER SKILLS
High School Diploma/GED.
Six months to two years of related experience.
Forklift experience a plus.
