We are looking for experienced heavy equipment operators, including; dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, motor graders, rollers, etc. Experience of site work projects and proven equipment skills are a requirement. GPS experience desired!

Work weeks are based on 48+ hours each week. Our work hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 5:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Friday: 7am - 3:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Opportunity for 48+ hours each week
Overtime = Time and a half after 40 hours
Duties include:
This job description covers the main duties and responsibilities of the job. The description is not to be misinterpreted as a complete list of all various or incidental tasks required of crew member on a daily basis:
Must be able to operate one or several types of power construction equipment to excavate, move and/or grade material
Maintaining safety as first priority every day
Perform preventative maintenance inspection prior to operating equipment (including greasing, checking and maintaining oil/fluid levels, filters, etc)
Must be able to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare project sites for building, demolition, or excavation
Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner
Trench and construct ditches for installation of culverts, storm drainage installation; remove silt and debris
Operating heavy machinery to move dirt, rock, and other materials to construct roadways, berms, and other large projects
Understanding of site plans, specifications, earthmoving, and grading
General labor duties that may include but not limited to sweeping, shoveling and general clean-up of any area and/or equipment and physical handling of materials, supplies, etc.
Responsible for equipment cleanliness
Ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly
Properly secure equipment each day (windows and doors closed, equipment parked in safe and secure location, master key turned off, etc.)
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license with driving record in accordance with company standards
Must have reliable transportation
Must agree to adhere to Drug-Free Workplace requirements including pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug testing
Must maintain good attendance and safety record

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
