Be a part of the action! We are looking for individules who have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide general guest services at concerts, festivals, and sporting events. You can also communicate promplty with our event security officers for any foreseable safety issues on your supervised area. If you love being active, interacting with the crowds, while working outdoors/indoor, this position will be an excellent fit for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an event representitive, you will provide access control and wayfinding for guests and support for event organizers, and more!
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile.
Are comfortable standing or being indoor/outdoors for long periods of time. Don't worry, our sleek jackets will keep you warm.
Are eligible to work in Canada
Respond our event required shifts in a timely manner.
Guest Service Representitive doesn't require a Security License; This could be a great second-casual job for you if you are a student, a professional who enjoys concerts and helping people, or any individuals who just want to make some extra earning. You will be working mostly evenings for events, and dayshift for week/weekend-long sports event and festivals.
If you would like to pursue your career path in security industry after this experience, we could definitely help you to get a security license. (Paladin provides Basic Security Training to those who have not been through the course previously.)
