Stomp City is expanding! We currently have room for an additional Event & CSR Account Representative to join our Customer Service team! If you're a "people-person" that's over 18 and looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you!
Office Location: Cincinnati OH 45203 (this is an on-site position)
Hours: Full-time availability is preferred, but we can potentially be flexible
Start Date: Ideally within 1-2 weeks' time, but we can potentially be flexible
Primary Responsibilities:
Requirements: Must be over 18 years of age, have access to reliable transportation, and be excited to work with customers face-to-face at live events. Customer service, retail sales, food/beverage service, or similar customer-oriented work experience is highly recommended.
Training:
This is an entry-level position with training, guidance, and support provided regularly! We host in-house workshops, train people one-on-one and work as a team during our events, so it is very easy for people to transition into this position. We also help provide networking connections and introductions to industry experts through video calls and regional or national seminars.
Advancement Opportunities:
As we grow our team and expand our portfolio we will be looking for account managers, team leaders, recruitment managers, event bookers, campaign managers, sales managers, and more. We always look to promote from within before looking externally when it comes to filling these roles.
