Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone
Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
Skills/Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
6-12 months related experience and/or training
PayRate: $16.00/Hourly
