Download and catalog bidding doc's. Call to request CAD info from General Contractors/Engineers and Architects. Review Sites for upcoming bids and attend pre-bid meetings Review and interpret specification plans. Quantity take-offs for earthwork/utility/civil proposals utilizing Agtek software. Obtain proposals for goods and services to complete estimate. Generate reports and cut/fill maps. Assist in final bid preparation. Work with PM to prepare documents. Workload and progress meetings. Attend industry and market functions Preparing initial scheduling.
