Modern Aesthetics is seeking a full time Esthetician to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated aesthetic spa located in Zionsville, IN.

Estheticians earn competitive wages per treatment with increased pay for advanced modalities, and eligible for bonuses/sale commissions.
Modern Aesthetics offers a full variety of spa treatments for our estheticians. We provide a full variety of skin care including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing, mineral makeup, eyelash extensions, laser treatments, microneedle, chemical peels and more!

Esthetician Responsibilities:
Sales; be able to drive goals and sales quotas with retail sales and membership sales
Reporting: Set and adjust monthly goals to reach an annual goal.
Leadership: Motivate team to educate guests about products, empower Guest Advisors to support the skin department and keep contests, incentives and rewards fun and attainable!
Cleanliness: have ownership of retail shelves, rooms and storage areas to be clean, tidy and stocked

Requirements for Esthetician :
Actively State Licensed Esthetician
Certification for neurotoxins and fillers (preferred)
3 year minimum experience (preferred)
Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
Professionalism

Can-do attitude and high energy
A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
A professional appearance at all times
