Job Description

Full-time shifts run Monday through Friday starting at either 6am or 9am .
Shift runs for 8 hours or more.
Competitive pay with all equipment training
Full Benefit Package after 30 days

Position Summary:
Under General Supervision of the Day Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for the timely and efficient stocking of products in assigned areas.

Position Responsibilities:

Operates order picker and walkie rider to move and reposition stock and to maintain adequate quantities of product to fill all customer orders when needed.
Cuts cases and places in proper locations using a forecast replenishment report
Responsible for accurately adjusting product locations and reporting to supervisor
Removes all damaged and dated product from pick lines and prepares required records
Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner; removes boxes, cleans trash and breakage for the day shift personnel
Inspects conditions of pallets and separates according to condition
Rotates stock items following established procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills & Experiences:

Duties require ability to read, write and communicate routine information as well as the ability to comprehend and work reliably from written directions
Ability to work cooperatively with other team members
Ability to work in a production department subject to changing priorities and shifting time tables and deadlines
Ability to perform stocking duties accurately and timely in accordance with standards

Physical Demands &Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outside weather conditions and extremes
Continuous walking, standing, bending, for frequent periods.
Regular and sustained periods of strenuous physical exertion requiring eye-hand coordination
Ability to lift, carry and position heavy objects utilizing proper body mechanics and techniques
Operates material handling equipment which may cause loud noise levels and high vibrations
Exercises caution when operating heavy equipment
