We are offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning duties in order to provide an aesthetically pleasing as well as an antiseptically clean and safe environment for the residents. The main focus is on resident rooms, apartments and the areas in which the resident spends their time.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous health care and/or housekeeping experience preferred.
Capable of heavy, physical work; lifting stretching, bending, moving of furniture, using heavy equipment. Must be able to perform routine, repetitive cleaning duties.
Must possess warmth and consideration for the residents and must have the ability to be flexible relative to setting time priorities.
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
