As an entry level Superintendent, you will assist the field/construction team to ensure projects are constructed safely, to budget, and within schedule. Specific responsibilities include: + Assisting with the development, monitoring, and appraisal of critical path dates and milestone schedules + Assisting with weekly foreman's meetings + Recording daily project events using project logs, photographs, as-built drawings, etc. + Assisting with defining and reviewing expectations of subcontractors + Working with the Warehouse Operations Specialist to mobilize, demobilize, and schedule deliveries of materials and equipment + Ensuring all employees and subcontractors are working in a safe and legal manner + Performing weekly safety inspections and documenting observations + Performing carpentry/general work as needed + Helping to further foster our relationships with clients and subcontractors Qualified candidates will have the following: + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + Internship experience in the design build or construction field preferred + Knowledge of construction and carpentry equipment and tools (including power tools) + Knowledge of jobsite safety procedures + Proficiency in Procore (preferred) + Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations + Effective working individually and within team environments + High initiative and passion for learning + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Valid driver's license (preferred) To be considered, apply online at .
