Description:

General Contractor specializing in commercial projects is seeking a Superintendent to assist in commercial TI and ground up projects in the greater Seattle area. Prefer candidates with at least one year of Superintendent experience in construction in any industry. The candidate needs to be experienced in fast-paced TI project turnarounds, which can be as short as 6 weeks. This is an opportunity for a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to support a wide variety of projects that benefit our community, including wildlife rehabilitation facilities, mental health support buildings, and other nonprofit projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1+ Year Experience managing short-term TI projects, or 20+ years Superintendent experience managing large scale commercial projects.
