Job Overview
Job Summary:
Provides and supports Engineering Standards (ES) Group with document management, document preparation, form development, archiving, posting, due diligence, continuity, and continuous improvement services. Will work with several different groups within Engineering and Construction and Operations to maintain and update standards and forms, as necessary.
Position will report into the Engineering Standards and E&C Integrity Group within E&C Engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares documents for change work (red-lining) by maintaining Word document revisions with tracked changes.
Responsible for new form development and for the maintenance and updating of existing forms.
Coordinates meetings as needed to review and clarify technical content with Company SMEs.
Maintains the Engineering and Constructions SharePoint Standards library. Work includes maintaining the site and supporting end users.
Serves as key contact for coordination of SharePoint updates or technology changes that may impact usability or end user experience with the library or the MOC SharePoint tools.
Supports MOC SharePoint Site Administration, such as managing security rights, troubleshooting site issues, and providing technical support to site customers.
Supports ES group by working within the MOC process and MOC SharePoint tools.
Inputs/monitors active MOC's initiated within the SharePoint tool, assists with issue identification and MOC work-flow process tracking, and supports measurement reporting (KPI efforts).
Prepares completed change work documents for archiving and posting. Work will include coordinating versioning and revision dates, proper formatting, identifying and resolving reference issues, creating forms, etc.
Conducts document analysis and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
Assists with continuity and due diligence research (searches documents for references, titles, forms, etc.).
Supports change communications, including communications to E&C Compliance by providing updates of any changes to Engineering Standards that were impacted by regulations.
Prepares annual review communications and tracks completion of reviews.
Required Education/Experience:
Associates level degree or 2 - 5 years minimum relevant job experience.
2 - 5 years' experience in technical writing, MOC/change management, records retention, and/or process improvement
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
