Job Description

The Opportunity

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Engineering, responsible for providing technical operations, engineering and business process leadership and support to process engineering for Bulk, Fill Finish, and Utilities areas in Vaccines manufacturing facility located in Holly Springs, NC. This role is considered a hybrid position that is within a commutable driving distance to the Holly Springs, North Carolina Manufacturing Plant, working onsite a minimum of 50% of the time.

The Role

• Provide specialist support within the engineering unit operations organization.
• Develop and maintain departmental metrics for CAPAs, Change Controls, Deviations, and Training
• Maintain Training Learning Plans and Curricula for the Process Engineering Team
• Ensure Engineering goals are achieved through robust safety practices and quality compliance.
• Manage all Engineering SOP revisions and development within the unit operations, responsible for on time completion and accurate content.
• Manage the Engineering documentations library.
• Provide support with multiple business process systems to support all areas engineering. These systems include SAP, CMMS Maximo, and Trackwise. Veeva, LIMS, Disruption of Controlled Environment Events.
• Provide support moving from paper base system to electronic.
• Work with Procurement on new vendor enrollments, Task Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and vendor proposals.
• Provide primary support during all quality audits, providing guidance and documentation to the site backroom.
• Manage User Accounts for Process Systems

Your skills and experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT or related science discipline or equivalent related industry experience

Experience

• Experience with SAP, change control and deviation management systems.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements
• Experience developing SOPs and documenting work
