About the job Describe responsibilities The Equipment Engineering Section manager reports directly to the Engineering Branch Manager. They would oversee and provide technical leadership to Equipment Engineers and Equipment Technician Tool Owners within a particular engineering "section" of the fab. Responsibilities include strategic planning for tool stability metric improvements such as availability, fails, and scrap prevention. Team development and execution on key factory initiatives are also an important part of the job scope. Works in tandem with a Process Engineering manager and a Manufacturing Section manager to set direction and priorities for the module team. Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience Preferred Skills & Qualifications: A history of demonstrating leadership capability Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role Able to function, focus, and make decisions in a fast-paced dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships To be considered for this position, please apply.
