Position Overview:

As a project manager you will manage capital equipment design-build projects including hydraulics, industrial automation, robotics, and mobile robotics projects to meet the schedule, budget, and customers' requirements. You will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle from developing and reviewing customer proposals, planning to fit schedule and resource timeframe, as well as coordinating and implementing build and installation.

The Project Manager will have primary responsibility for the following:

• Provides leadership for automation projects pertaining to scope, risk, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Examines and understands project specifications to align deliverables with customer requirements.
• Be the main point of contact for the customer and able to accurately track and concisely communicate project status throughout the project.
• Develop project schedules, monitors, and manages those timelines to achieve all delivery milestones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works cross-functionally to ensure project success, which includes coordination between multiple departments and functions including accounting, procurement, operations, engineering, and shipping
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the project status and financials.

Education & Experience:

• Technical/engineering degree.
• PMP preferred
• Previous success in delivering capital equipment projects.
• At least six years of relevant industry experience (Project or program management in a technical capacity) including four years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Lead role
