Patients First Innovation Winning Culture Heart Recovery The Engineering Project Manager will work across all product focused platforms within Engineering to achieve operational excellence. Will develop, business processes and best practices to improve innovation speed and efficiency. Must be able to manage the operational aspects of the product development organization and implement best practices. Enable the product team with the right tools and processes to improve innovation speed and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively review processes and analyze data to identify opportunities and/or problems. Recommend and lead actions for improvements to improve efficiencies. Design organizational process changes that result in improved product development efficiencies. Engage and manage stakeholders across functions to align critical success factors. Plan and execute projects to implement designed solutions with matrixed team(s). Leverages data to drive continuous improvement. Captures lessons learned and key findings with recommendations for changes and develop a plan for implementation. Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in processes. Streamline processes to allow for organizational and product portfolio expansion. Negotiate contract agreements and manage subcontractor consultants. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's in engineering required. Advanced Degree preferred 5+ years of Engineering experience in a fast-paced R&D environment Successful management of cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement, and implementation on a national scope. Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills, along with an intense customer focus. Tactful communication (written and presentation) style; need to have the ability to create a story and value proposition, develop presentations, and present in front of a variety of shareholders. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities. Familiar with the design of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job Aides to improve workflow and compliance. Strong quantitative capabilities. Adept at drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources. Technical aptitude: ability to learn new systems and information quickly and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business, needs to be able to train the organization Capable to build relationships with the key business stakeholders to understand their needs.
