Job Details

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an Engineering Manager
• Strong manufacturing background
• Excellent communication
• Experience developing and executing engineering documents and studies to engage in root cause analysis on the manufacturing and packaging equipment to minimize downtime throughout the facility.
• Experience with tracking costs, preparing status reports, etc.
