Our internship will provide you with a technical focused training, where you will work on projects and present your results. You will become familiar with Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E).You will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience.
As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining electronics used in Baker Hughes In-Line Inspection tools.
- Qualifying and selecting components used in electronic systems.
- Setting up and maintaining Altium library symbols.
- Implementing safe work practice and enforcing EHS policy.
- Participating in identifying and finding solutions to problems.
- Collaborating with engineering department in design reviews and product testing.
- Assisting in planning for improved methods of productivity.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be registered in an Electrical Engineering Program and be eligible for a Co-op work term
- Have a passion for electronics and designing meaningful products
- Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
